This work attempts at exploring the data standard of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and the possibility of access to NIS Clinicom. The chronology of changes in the block structure and data description has been described. The web acces to NIS Clinicom has been designed and put into effect by means of CSP which can be used to generate data messages concerning patients with a selected infectious diagnosis corresponding with the compulsory report to the National Medical Information System.

Automatic Generation of Test Cases from Data-Flow

This thesis deals with automatic generation of test cases on Unit testing level for source codes in C language. In order to achieve automatization are used methods of approach to software as a Data-flow of variables. There is outlined a process of creating tests here as well as a function of CSP solvers which are necessary part of solving this problems. Static code analysis is accessed with LibTooling libraring as part of a compiler front-end project Clang. Output of a developed application are provided here which is automatically generated input values for test cases.

Diploma thesis "Data standard of the Ministry of Health" deals with the structure of data standard including XML language. Further the thesis is focusing on hospital information system CLINICOM with the inclusion of the access to data records from its database Caché company InterSystems. The concept of web application is also one part of the thesis which enables to find out records with selective diagnosis from Caché database and their depictions in data standard of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

Automatic jazz arrangement

This Thesis is focused on the arranging of the melody, which is accompanied by jazz chords. It deals with creating a more harmonious voices using Block Voicing method. Distribution to target notes and passing notes is made using techniques of constraint programming (CSP). Passing notes are reharmonized by dominant seventh chord or by parallel chord. Using CSP a bass part is also created. To solve CSP is used Gecode library. The harmonious voices are arranged by Four Part Close Voicing. The application result is a tool for the music arranger.

Statistic data in the hospital information system

The aim of this work was the evaluation of some statistic indicators from the data obtained from the Health Informatic System Clinicom. The data used in this informatic system are administrated by the database system Caché. The data from the database which is administrated by Departement of Biomedical Engineering in Brno, have been also used. Data mentioned in this work were mined from the database by SQL queries. The statistic indicators obtained this way were needed to be presented on internet. The user interface for this presentation was designed and realized in programming language CSP. The resulting statistic indicators were split up into 3 basic groups: Hospitalization, Mandatory reporting and Medicament requirement. Besides the statistic indicators some pacients‘ data and the graphs of results are shown in the user interface. The part which has also been used in this work is the concept of the online form for reporting of cancers.

Cryptographic protocols in practice

The purpose of this work was first to describe the requirements for cryptographic protocols. Furthermore, the classification of these protocols should have been made with specific examples given. The aim of the next part of the work was to describe the methods which are suitable for description and modeling of cryptographic protocols. This work also addressed the analysis of cryptographic protocols by appropriate analytical means. The CSP method for modeling of the cryptographic protocols was applied in the practical part. The Yahalom protocol was selected as a protocol suitable for modeling. Two analysis was made. The first analysis concerned the standard version of the Yahalom protocol, which was tested to the requirements of cryptographic properties of the secrecy and authenticity. The second analysis was based on the possibility of disclosure of the key, including counterexamples and traces given by FDR. The first analysis did not reveal any weakening, in terms of two cryptographic properties. To demonstrate the possibility of FDR, Yahalom protocol was modified in order to cause the situation when the disclosure of keys appears. FDR then finds the exact procedure that an intruder must make to get the possession of the key.

Data Standard of the Health Information Systems

The diploma thesis "Data Standard of the Health Information Systems" deals with the structure of data standard including XML language. Further the thesis is focusing on hospital information system CLINICOM with the inclusion of the access to data records from its database Caché company InterSystems. Description of the National registers of health is also included.The concept of web application is also one part of the thesis which enables to generate reports in the data standard of the Ministry of Healt of the Czech Republic for mandatory reporting by NHIS registers in the time interval from the Caché database. Found records from the database can be printed for archiving. The work also deals with security access to the HIS server and data communication between health organizations.

Classification systems in the hospitals

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo nastudovat problematiku klasifikačních systémů v nemocnicích, které sledují především hospodářské požadavky hospitalizace. Následně bylo navrženo a naprogramováno webové rozhraní v prostředí Caché Server Pages (CSP), které poskytuje přístup k databázi CLINICOM. Pomocí webového rozhraní, je možno provádět klasifikaci pacientů do tříd MDC (Major Diagnostic Category), archivaci dat, výpočet DRG a další vybrané úkony. Webovou aplikaci by mohli využívat technicko-hospodářští pracovníci nemocnic a klinik jako jednoduchou pomůcku při své práci, respektive jako učební pomůcka biomedicínských oborů pří výuce zdravotnických informačních a klasifikačních systémů.
